Do you offer personalised gifts?

How long does personalisation take?
Personalised items typically require an extra 2–3 working days of production time before dispatch. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout will account for this.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days depending on your location. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
What if my gift arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@translatorgifts.com with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or were made incorrectly due to an error on our part. Please review your personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the "Discount" field at checkout. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers.
I need a gift urgently — what are my options?
Select express delivery at checkout for 1–2 working day dispatch. If you need something same day, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is available on selected products. Look for the gift wrap option on individual product pages.
