Our Returns Policy

We want you to love every gift you receive from Translator Gifts. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item that is unwanted or unsuitable. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at hello@translatorgifts.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a returns authorisation and instructions within 1 working day.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us using a tracked service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive your return in good condition, we'll process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Personalised Items

We are unable to accept returns on personalised or custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or are incorrect due to an error on our part. Please double-check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@translatorgifts.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
