Delivery Information

We want your gift to arrive exactly when you need it. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery options and timescales.

UK Standard Delivery

3–5 working days. Free on orders over £40.

UK Express Delivery

1–2 working days. Available at checkout for a small additional fee.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days depending on your location and local customs processes.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Personalised items require additional production time. Please allow an extra 2–3 working days for personalised products. The estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout.

Delivery to PO Boxes & BFPO Addresses

We are able to deliver to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses via standard delivery. Please note that express delivery may not be available to these address types.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@translatorgifts.com and we will investigate immediately.

Please allow an extra 3 working days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us, as couriers occasionally experience delays.
